Planning and Taking Action

I'm in the process of getting my tools for life coaching, copyrighted. It's important for people to know that I have credibility in the field of life coaching. Since, I'm not a therapist, I still have objective measurements that help people take action with things that are important in life, such as time management and communication skills.

Then, after I have my client fill out an objective measurement such as a priority tool; they can start taking action towards their master life plan. This starts with a daily plan that includes anything from when they will wake up in the morning to setting up a date night once a week. Indeed, a person can also put long term goals into their daily/weekly plan? For instance, if they want to travel abroad; they can set a time weekly, to go online or to a library to explore countries they wish to visit in their future.

People think that having a planner and making a calendar is all they need to do to manage their time. My clients understand that when you write down specifics about your plan, your more likely to follow it. For example, let's say you are having a "date night." So, you will decide where you will go, what you will do and how much you want to be with the person. In fact, you will plan to give the person a special gift or a simple card to let them know you care.

Yes, come to a life coaching session and I can guide you to take action towards your life plan!
